You will receive an automated email to confirm your registration of interest shortly.  Please do not reply to this email.

Please note that your maternity booking at Westmead Private Hospital is not guaranteed until we have received your patient admission forms (given to you by your obstetrician). This form is required no later than 16 weeks of pregnancy. On receipt of your completed paperwork you will receive a comprehensive information pack regarding your stay at Westmead Private Hospital.
