Westmead Private Sleep Laboratory

We are pleased to announce the newly established state-of-the-art Sleep Laboratory Service at Westmead Private Hospital. Sleep Disorder Centre Australia (SDCA) will facilitate the investigation of patients with suspected sleep disorders.

A team of accredited Respiratory Physicians, whom have a Specialty interest in Sleep Disorders, will provide diagnostic and treatment services, including overnight sleep studies, for patients with sleep disorders, such as:

• obstructive & central sleep apnoea & snoring
• periodic limb movements during sleep
• insomnia
• parasomnias (sleepwalking & night terrors)
• excessive daytime tiredness
• full parallel EEG if required

The clinic will initially operate 3 nights per week (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday), offering private overnight rooms and modern facilities.

Patients wishing to undertake a sleep study can request a referral from their GP to any one of the following Physicians:
