Maternity Tours and Online Bookings

We know that seeing our facility is an important part of choosing where you will have your baby, ensuring our hospital is the right choice for you and your partner. At Westmead Private we offer Live Zoom Virtual Tours with one of our experienced Midwives on Tuesday evenings, commencing at 7.00pm. You can register in advance or on the evening, and after registering you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the online meeting.

Face to face tours are also held on Thursday afternoons at Westmead Private (please note that our full Childbirth and Parenting education sessions also include a tour).

Tour group sizes are limited and require a booking. On the tour we welcome the birthing parent as well as one other adult partner/support person. We kindly request that children do not attend the tour due to group sizes. If attending, please meet at the reception lounge area in front of the pharmacy 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Tours will run for approximately 1 hour. Maternity rooms including the birthing suite, postnatal rooms, and luxury parenting suites will be shown on the tour subject to availability.
