Volunteers Recognised with Australia Day Community Award

Congratulations to the volunteer group at Westmead Private Hospital, who have been recognised with the City of Parramatta ‘Australia Day Citizen of the Year Award’ in the Community Group category.

Submitted by the hospital leadership team, the nomination recognised the vital role volunteers play in supporting patients, families and teams every day.

Across Ramsay, thousands of volunteers generously give their time in our hospitals, creating connection, comfort and care when it matters most. Their contribution is deeply valued and we are grateful for the compassion and commitment they bring to our communities every day.
